Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable return method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for inspection, processing, and for your payment provider to post the refund.
